Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Shuttle Plus LLC to explain how carrier information is handled.

Information we collect

Company and contact information you submit through the carrier application, including legal company name, DBA, owner or representative name, phone, email, and business address.
Operating information such as USDOT and MC numbers, authority status, equipment details, driver information, and operating preferences.
Documents you upload, including motor carrier authority, certificate of insurance, W-9, notice of assignment, and signed agreements.
We request only the last four digits of an EIN through the web application. Do not submit a full EIN, driver's license image, or full payment card number through a basic web form.

To evaluate your application and verify authority, insurance, and equipment.
To search for freight, negotiate rates, and communicate with brokers on your behalf under the Dispatch Services Agreement.
To prepare rate confirmations, weekly scorecards, invoices, and factoring submissions.
To contact you about loads, documents, and account matters.

We share information with brokers, shippers, and your factoring company only as needed to arrange and complete dispatch services.
We may share information with service providers who host our systems, and where required by law.
We do not sell your information.

Uploaded documents are stored in restricted storage and are not publicly accessible.
Access is limited to authorized Shuttle Plus staff and the carrier account that owns the document.
Access to documents is logged.

By submitting the carrier application you consent to receive email, SMS, and phone communications related to dispatch services, and to the use of electronic signatures.
You may withdraw consent to SMS at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

We retain carrier records as required for business, tax, and regulatory purposes.
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting dispatch@shuttleplusdispatch.com. Some records must be retained where the law requires it.
