Carrier responsibility
- Shuttle Plus is not the motor carrier for outside carrier loads. Each carrier operates under its own authority.
- The carrier controls its drivers, equipment, safety, insurance, compliance, and load acceptance.
- Freight payments are made directly to the carrier or its factoring company. Shuttle Plus invoices separately for dispatch services.
Accounts and security
